Paper Pumpkin

Have you ever thought about getting a subscription to Paper Pumpkin. Stampin Up offers a new kit each month and the January one was all about Valentines.

And as a benefit of Paper Pumpkin you can order the refill kits. Only members are allowed to order the refill kits. You will need to sign up by the 10th of the month to receive that month's kit. Inside your kit is everything you need to assemble your project, including an ink spot, adhesives AND a stamp set. If you follow the link  HERE  you can see what was in this month's Paper Pumpkin. If you would like to become a Paper Pumpkin subscriber, you can follow this link HERE . If you join this month  and purchase a 3 month subscription, you also get to pick an item for FREE from the Sale A Bration catalog. If you purchase the 6 month subscription, you would get 3 (Depending on which tier you choose.),  and the yearly subscription would get you 4 items. (Depending on which tier you choose.)  Another advantage of being a Paper Pumpkin subscriber is they sometimes offer an add on kit that you may purchase separately.  This month it was Little Love Boxes. I just got mine delivered today and got 6 put together in no time at all. They certainly were fun. Adorable to hand out to anyone or they would make cute Valentine boxes to send to school with your children. 2 Mini Kit Kats or a Ghirardelli chocolate square fit perfectly in the box.

Aren't these adorable?? They measure about 2" x 3". You get 20 boxes in a package for only $8.

Kangaroo and Company

O how I love this cute Kangaroo and Company stamp set and matching Kangaroo Dies. So many possibilities. I used it to make a couple Valentine cards. I used Stamp n Write markers to color the Kangaroo and the valentines that she is holding. And notice the adorable little heart embellishments. The first card I used Real Red and the second card is using Cherry Cobbler.

Happy New Year to All

I really don't know where all this time has gone since I last posted. It seems like this past Fall went so fast. I went on a small vacation to Florida with some of my family members in November. What a blast ! Rode bicycles, went to the beach, played cards, went to a dinner cruise, Ernest Hemingway's museum and just enjoyed the beautiful weather down there. We spent most of the time in Key West and then the last couple days we ventured north and stayed in Boca Raton. Both lovely areas. It was great to spend time with brothers, sister and nieces and nephew.   It sure was hard to come back to Iowa to see the snow.

Then before Christmas I contacted Covid. I was super lucky and had a very mild case. I just lost my sense of smell. Christmas came and went and now it's January so time for me to get back to stamping.

My grandkids and I.

My family. We are missing my middle son who didn't make it home.
