I loved the look of this stamp set on the Cu[cakes and Carousels Designer Series Paper. I water colored with a light touch using my blender pen. If you put too much pressure on this type of paper you will get the pilling. When the color was dry, I used Wink of Stella. What a lovely sparkle to finish off this card.
