Colored pencils and Water coloring

The technique I used on this card was the water color pencils and 

then I spritzed it with alcohol.

For this card, I wet the water color paper and then just dropped color sporadically to get the look.

For this card, I used the water color pencils and took my Aqua painter and went over the top.
