Seems appropriate for a day like today. Maybe spring is finally going to happen. However I think it's too bad that more people don't actually take time anymore and have tea parties. But this card would be cute to send to a friend and you could even add a birthday sentiment on the inside. I love the Timeless Textures stamp set. It makes a nice addition to A Nice Cuppa.
